Terms of Use and Limited-Use License

You are accessing materials owned by Music by Heart or its affiliates, including the Cousins Like Us EPUB file, the Cousins Like Us music albums (Shoshi’s Story and Yoav’s Story), and the Cousins Like Us curriculum (collectively, the “Program Material”). The Program Material may only be used by individuals (“Program Participants”) who receive an access link directly from Music by Heart, JCC East Bay, Yavneh Day School, Congregation Sherith Israel, Congregation Shir Hadash. The Program Material is available to Program Participants under a nontransferable, nonexclusive, royalty-free limited license (the “Program License”), which will terminate on June 30, 2024 (the “Termination Date”), by which date each Program Participant must remove all Program Material from his or her device(s) and destroy or return physical Program Material to Music by Heart. However, the failure of Music by Heart to insist on the deletion or return of Program Materials shall not be construed as a waiver of these terms or as a license, express or implied, to continue using the Program Material after the Termination Date. 

By accessing the Program Materials (1) you represent that you are a Program Participant and have read and understood the terms specified in the preceding paragraph, (2) you agree not to copy, reproduce, adapt, create derivative works of, translate, or otherwise modify the Program Material, including printed versions of the Program Material in your possession, unless you obtain express, written permission from Music by Heart, with the exception that each Program Participant may download the Cousins Like Us EPUB file and Cousins Like Us curriculum on up to two personal devices; and (3) you acknowledge that Music by Heart may amend these Terms of Use at any time and that your continued use of the Program Material under the Program License requires you to accept any future modifications to these Terms of Use
